Ms. Rabb lives in Somerset County with her 3 children and husband. She is a third generation attorney in her family. Her grandfather was a personal injury attorney and father William E. Rabb is the founder of this prestigious law firm. She went to University of Michigan and graduated with honors. She attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

She was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court 1997. She is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Middlesex County Bar Association. She is highly experienced in all aspects of personal injury law. She has over twenty years of extensive trial experience in personal injury law. Rabb Hamill, PA has recovered over $30 million for clients.

Edward K Hamill

Edward K Hamill

Edward K Hamill graduated from Rutger’s University and received his Law Degree from Fordham University Law School in 1982. He has thirty years of extensive trial experience in personal injury law. He has been a member of this firm for the past 30 years. He is a frequent lecturer for the Middlesex County Arbitration Program. He is also an active member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.

He has tried over 100 cases and has recovered over $30 million for his clients.

Peter V. LaGregor

Peter graduated from The College of New Jersey with Honors in 2002 and from New York Law School with Honors in 2005. While there he was a member of the NYLS Moot Court Association as well as the writer of their Frossell Moot Court Competition. He also received numerous Moot Court Awards for Brief Writing and Appellate Advocacy.

Peter spent 10 years as a Litigation Attorney for Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, and Personal Injury before joining Rabb Hamill in 2016.

He is admitted to practice in the State of NJ, The United States District Court For The District Of NJ, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Association For Justice.

John D. Gagnon

John D. Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2007. After graduating from law school but before entering private practice, he spent a year clerking for the Honorable Donald G. Collester, Jr., J.A.D. (ret.) in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Mr. Gagnon has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2007, and in New York since 2011. Since 2010, he has devoted 100% of his practice to personal injury litigation, including auto accidents, slip and falls, products liability, and medical malpractice litigation. He has extensive experience handling all phases of personal injury law and has successfully tried numerous cases to a verdict. Mr. Gagnon joined Rabb Hamill in June 2017.

Bruce M. Iverson

Bruce is a graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ. After graduation, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E Gladden, J.S.C. For almost 30 years he has practiced in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation. For the last 8 years, Bruce has focused his practice solely in the area of workers compensation law. Bruce is a highly experienced trial litigator in both federal and state courts. Since returning to Rabb Hamill in 2010, Bruce has built a substantial workers compensation practice.
